I’ve recently been diagnosed with Fructose Malabsorption, maybe. Or IBS or nothing. It depends on which doctor or dietitian you ask. This is my attempt to log resources & recipes and to get my gut happy again. Some recipes may need minor tweaks to be truly FODMAP or fructose friendly and I am still learning. As they keep saying, it is all individual. Or, in today’s jargon, YMMV, your mileage may vary.
