Foolproof Fudge

I made this fudge at Thanksgiving and can say that it worked quite well for me as I’m the one who ate at least 50% of it. I used Enjoy Life Mini Chocolate Chips (the yellow bag). I don’t like nuts in my fudge so left them out.

Original recipe:


  • 3 cups (18 oz.) Enjoy Life Mini Chocolate Chips (yellow bag)
  • Dash salt
  • 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
